Harris Brook Elementary School

Ms. Ashley Antoine was appointed Assistant Principal of HBES in 2025. She began her career in Ludlow Public School in 2011 when she was hired as the first district social worker at the elementary level. After this, she became the school adjustment counselor at Chapin Street Elementary. From there, she transitioned to HBES as the school adjustment counselor, which is the position she held until being appointed as the AP. 

Ms. Antoine holds a Masters in Social Work from Boston College and is an Independent Clinical Social Work (LICSW). She has a private practice as a licensed therapist serving children. She also holds a Masters in School Administration (principal/assistant principal) from AIC (2016). Ms. Antoine has studied child development and has always had a passion for working with children and advocating for what’s best for children in the school setting. 

Ms. Antoine finds joy and happiness in spending time with her three beautiful daughters, when at the beach and being active (especially outside), reading and learning.
